At our camp Varphaugen, by the village Sjoa, we have arrangements for 22 caravans. In addition, there is plenty of space for your own tent if you prefer. The area is beautifully located at the bottom of the main building with a beautiful view of the river Gudbrandsddalslågen. Guests who camp may use the sanitary building and guest kitchen, which is centrally located in the area.

In the reception area, we offer a selection of kiosk items as well as simple meals, such as pizza and toast, to name a few. It is also possible to pre-order both breakfast and dinner with us. All meals are homemade using the finest Norwegian ingredients and as locally sourced as possible.
We offer several family-friendly activities and nature experiences on site. Come and try our climbing park for all ages, or visit the adventure trail and bouldering wall with the little ones. Take a trip to the beach or go fishing with the kids. With our location right next to the Gudbrandsdalslågen river, you not only get a beautiful view, but it also gives us the absolute best conditions for delivering guided, family-friendly water activities such as family rafting and stand-up paddleboarding. We also offer canyoning with light climbing, rappelling, swimming in pools, and cliff jumping. The guides adjust the tours according to the participants’ wishes, skills, and qualifications, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
